CUT AND BENT STEEL

   This section is equipped with a high standard production area, including the latest computerized machines for steel cutting and bending. Different production stages are controlled by an advanced computerized system.

     An engineering office was established to secure production quality in both technical and engineering aspects, and to save customers' time and effort.

* For these shape in particular the effect of a positive cutting tolerance increasing the actual length of the "free" legs by up to 25mm should be considered. Bracketted dimensions are run-out dimension and may be omitted from the final schedule.
For shape codes 60, 81, 72, 73 and 74 internal dimensions, I.D. are assumed. For shape codes 41, 42, 43 and 49 the formulae for L should not be used for angles exceeding 45.
